Manufacturing Supervisor at Graphic Packaging International
Join us to lead a production workforce of approximately 50+ employees per shift. This role involves day-to-day management of all production activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
Core Responsibilities- Supervise a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule, including occasional overnight travel.
- Lead scheduling, material handling, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
- Drive accountability for company policies, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Maintain SPC techniques for problem resolution and develop technical knowledge of equipment.
- Participate in LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.
- Act as backup to Department Manager and partner with the training supervisor for employee development.
- Oversee payroll time records, vacation schedules, and new-hire evaluations.
- Participate on interview panels as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 12‑hour rotating days and nights, with alternate weekends off.
- Occasional overnight travel (flying, driving, riding, or by rail).

- Bachelor’s degree required (or 1–2 years supervisory experience).
- 2+ years manufacturing experience required.
- Front‑line leadership experience preferred.
- Leadership training preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay Range: $71,250 – $95,000 annually.
