Maintain accurate data, keep full integrity of the process while displaying excellent reliability.

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with 1 half day during the week and 1/2 day on Saturday.

• Enter all receiving data related to all direct materials.
• Enter all receiving data related to all indirect materials such as operating supplies, PPE, vaccines etc. used.
• Assist in all issues of direct materials to production.
• Develop and prepare charts and graphs showing dollar amount usage by department of indirect operating supplies and PPE.
• Develop and prepare charts and graphs showing dollar amount usage by department of direct materials.
• Communicate daily with purchasing agents showing status of inventory and costs.
• Manage and control all issues of indirect materials, operating supplies, PPT etc. to production.
• Develop daily reports for purchasing agents showing status of inventory and costs.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout Tag Out procedure and Process Safety Management.

• Strong reading, writing, math, communications and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Proficient in Data Entry, Excel, Word, Power point, and ability to create charts, graphs, and spreadsheets.

• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Working in accounts payable environment preferred.

• Work environment includes, but is not limited to, a normal office supply warehouse environment as well as moving and working on wet, moist, dry and greasy floors which includes metal and plastic grating surfaces with up to 4 hours in a single interval.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Exposures to all elements of the outdoor environment.
• Exposure to temperature ranges of < 28 to 100 Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. Exposure to noise ranges to 100 db.
• Bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, sitting and grasping varies in repetitions, distances, degrees, angle, weights, height, intervals of time, objects grasped, and body positions depending upon the task being performed.
• Exposure to all chemicals found in a poultry processing operation.
• Must wear and/or use protective and safety equipment required for the job and various locations.
• Required to travel to remote facilities and plants for meetings.
