Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.

Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patients for changes in health status.

Respond to medical concerns and communicate changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare personnel.

Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation.

Collaborate with healthcare colleagues and correctional staff to promote patient safety and continuity of care.

Deliver professional, respectful care while protecting patient confidentiality and dignity. Qualifications Current, unrestricted nursing license appropriate to the position in Georgia, or a compact license valid for practice in Georgia, as applicable.

Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it as required.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and assessment skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and quality patient care.

Availability to work 12-hour night shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
