• Oversee all daily store functions: cost controls, cash handling, inventory, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the team, enforcing 100 % compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of all crew members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Track and improve key performance metrics: sales, labor, and profit margins.
• Coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Deliver a consistent “perfect image” and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Lead daily order preparation, inventory management, and backup delivery operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pizza or fast‑food management.
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Proficiency with a computer keyboard or touch‑screen for order entry.
• Ability to navigate a delivery route, read maps, and operate a delivery vehicle safely.
• Physical capabilities: standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb), and occasional climbing or stooping.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Leadership experience and a commitment to customer service excellence.
