Responsibilities- Support a single retail tax office during tax season, consistently exceeding client expectations and providing daily operations direction for the office.
- Begin with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall and transition to a full-time schedule from January through April.
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution of client service.
- Ensure proper scheduling of clients and resolution of conflicts, escalating as needed to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager.
- Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to ensure scheduling, timely delivery of work, and adherence to quality standards and priorities.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week with flexibility based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
