Job DescriptionEnvolve Community Management Company manages apartment communities throughout the southeastern United States. We value resident satisfaction and offer diverse roles in management, leasing, and maintenance.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repair duties for apartment units.
- Repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and conduct basic carpentry work.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and complete work orders and related documentation.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
- HVAC certification preferred; 3+ years of maintenance technician experience required.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper tools.
- Availability for emergency calls; normal hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.
- Background screening and drug test required.
