Shipping Supervisor

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for our client in Perry, GA.

Available Positions: 1
Pay rate: $20/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Oversee shipping and receiving of parts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
• Coordinate daily workflow and support shipping and warehouse staff
• Load and unload materials using a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Conduct inventory control and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory, shipments, and receipts
• Work both in the office and on the warehouse floor; this position requires getting up from the office and performing hands-on warehouse work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding warehouse spaces
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Plant Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, inventory tracking, and email
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
