If you have worked in construction, preferably residential remodeling, then this is the position to drive your desired accomplishments and results. You will need an understanding of estimating, budgets, quality work, managing customers’ expectations, completing projects on time and be interested in bottom line results.
Our office location is in Perry, IA but we service all of Des Moines and central Iowa. Our business is rewarding and fast paced.

- Serving customers through their journey from job assignment to completion
- Leading crews to complete projects on scope, on budget, on time, with high quality and customer experience
- Managing material and labor expenses to achieve gross margin goals
- Hit annual and quarterly revenue, margin and NPS targets
- Create and keep client schedules current in DASH and in calendar view for clients
- Create work orders in DASH in line with the estimator’s labor budget to hit gross margin targets
- Schedule labor for all projects
- Order materials for all projects and follow up on ETA as needed
- Send supplements and change orders to the estimator and ensure they are updated in DASH for proper invoicing
- Apply for and complete all permits and inspections for each project
- Complete “kick offs”, “check‑ins” and “final inspections” per documented process
- Conduct a final walk‑through with a client, collect payment and feedback on the experience
- Hold a weekly client meeting to review progress, schedule, budget and decisions
- Resolve client issues while maintaining a good NPS score
- Approve invoices for subcontractors and vendors
- Collect all Accounts Receivable for projects
- Attend a weekly team meeting for production compliance, goal alignment, support and problem solving
- Flexibility to be available for clients and vendors outside of average 7:30 am‑4:30 pm office hours
- Clean driving record and pass criminal background check
- Customer‑service driven
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in construction/restoration
