Responsibilities- Provide hairstyling services including colors, perms, and fashion trends; stay current with latest styles.
- Build and maintain a clientele; attract walk-in customers; maximize earnings via tips and commissions.
- Participate in ongoing training online and in-person.
- Cosmetology License (Required)
- Your creativity knows no limits, and neither should your paycheck. Earn from walk-in customers, tips, and commissions. Bi-weekly earnings are paid as straight commissions or hourly rate, whichever is higher.
- You may have the opportunity to increase your commission percentage on a quarterly basis based on your productivity.
