Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Toledo
Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr
A Great Opportunity: $17.25–$18.25 per hour in Bowling Green, OH and surrounding areas.
Join Via Quest Residential Services. We provide full on‑site training, so no experience is required
. Help individuals with developmental disabilities gain independence and provide personal care, domestic tasks, and supervision.
We are holding open interviews on Wednesday, 10/8 (10:00‑16:00) and Thursday, 10/9 (10:00‑14:00) at our office. Come meet the team! All are welcome.

College Students:
If you are enrolled at BGSU, Owens, or a college/university approved by the Superintendent, you may be eligible for $1,000 toward tuition, working 200 hours per semester in Wood County. Grant requires prior approval and registration.

- Supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
- Completing household tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
- Providing personal care assistance.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Personal, reliable vehicle and willing to transport individuals served.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
- Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
- Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
