Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Site | Ohio PT License Required

Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation and skilled nursing team. In this role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve mobility after illness, surgery, or hospitalization, while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment right here in Perrysburg, Ohio.

What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist

• Evaluate residents’ physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional skills
• Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, and other rehab specialists
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals, safe movement, and continued care strategies
• Ensure therapy services comply with Ohio state regulations and Kingston’s standards of care

What You’ll Need

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to therapy
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
