Julie Spann Johnson - State Farm Agent is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. In this position, you will primarily focus on Medicare products, helping individuals navigate their options and select the best coverage for their needs. Additionally, you will offer life and health insurance solutions to support customers and their families.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• State insurance license for life and health insurance will be required.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
