America’s Auto Auction is looking to add to our growing team. We are seeking an eager, experienced candidate for the General Manager role. This position will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the auction.

Please note that this position is an onsite position.

• Lead a team of dedicated managers and employees.
• Manage daily operations and ensure efficient, profitable running of the auction.
• Work directly with sales, administrative, and auction operation employees.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals in coordination with the Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage and optimize the auction process from vehicle intake to sale settlement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, commercial accounts, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance and safety policies are followed.

• Previous upper management experience in the automotive industry (preferably auto auction industry).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of auto auction processes.
• Solid understanding of financial management principles.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire.
• Proficient in using auction management systems and other related tools (preferably).
