• Direct and manage 2nd shift plant operations for Production and Warehouse
• Reporting directly to the Operations Plant Manager
• Meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate plant shift activities to ensure manufacturing objectives are accomplished with quality in a safe, timely, and cost‑effective manner
• Accountability for ensuring a safe working environment and model safe working practices
• Lead and manage our 2nd shift team;
  Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance. Responsible for hiring, employee development, and performance management.
• Manage and coach employees to ensure that they are meeting standards and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Input and monitoring of product reworks
• Control and minimize overtime, and repair/re‑work expenses
• Lead shop floor safety, organization, and housekeeping
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during a shift
• Complete all company safety and job training
• Maintain safety compliance
• Reduce rework percentage
• Improve shift efficiency

• Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing environment where exposure to heat, cold and wet floors, and surfaces.
• The employee will be exposed to airborne particles and wet or dusty conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
• Requires walking, standing, stretching, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting for prolonged periods, lifting up to 70 lbs.
