Job Overview

Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking 2nd shift Fabricators for its Perrysburg, Ohio facility. 2nd shift works Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. If you have an eye for detail, a quality and precision focus, and are outcome‑oriented, this position is for you.

This role offers a Monday‑Friday schedule, an excellent benefits package, no weekends required, and a clean, climate‑controlled facility.

• Operate and maintain hand tools related to fabrication.
• Cut, grind, and polish material.
• Repair material defects.
• Load and unload material; accurately load finished products onto shipment carts.
• Conduct quality control to ensure fabricated materials meet aesthetic and dimensional tolerances.

• Ability to understand shop drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of basic machinery.
• 1–3 years of fabrication experience desired; experience in detail‑focused trades (finished carpentry, auto repair) or in music/art production is an asset.
• Ability to move material up to 70 lb.
  
  Good physical dexterity and eye‑hand coordination to operate tools.
• High School diploma or GED.
