Cutting Edge Countertops is hiring Machine Operators for our Perrysburg, Ohio, facility for all Shifts.

• 1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift:
  Mon - Fri 3:00 am - 11:30 pm
• 3rd shift:
  Sun - Thurs. 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

• As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the finishing process of materials after machining. Your responsibilities include:
• Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
• Operating saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving any operational issues
• Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications

• To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Strong attention to detail to operate machinery and produce quality products
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machinery operation
• High school diploma or GED
• A positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs
