Screen Production

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Production Technician in Perrysburg Township, OH. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing operations by building aluminum frames for sliding doors and windows. This position involves assembling screen material into frames, measuring and trimming excess material, and operating production machinery to ensure finished products meet quality standards. The Production Technician will also assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed, including material handling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to maintain consistent production quality are essential. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!

All employees are offered competitive compensation ($16/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6AM – 4:30 PM, possible overtime on Friday.

• Build and assemble aluminum frames for screen windows and sliding doors.
• Measure, cut, and trim screen materials to meet production specifications.
• Assemble screen material into frames.
• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.
• Be willing to cross-train in different areas of production as business needs require.

• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must provide and wear steel-toed work boots or steel-toed shoes.
• Strict attendance policy; consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must follow all workplace safety requirements, including proper footwear.
• Flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other production departments is a plus.
