Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Skilled Nursing, Rehab & Long-Term Care | Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Long-Term Care community. Whether you’re delivering medications, supporting rehab patients, or mentoring nursing aides, your role will bring dignity, comfort, and connection to residents every day.

What

You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor changes in resident condition and promptly communicate updates to RNs and physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support rehab goals and overall well-being
• Provide leadership and direction to CNAs to maintain consistent care standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
