Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to support residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Whether you’re helping someone recover after surgery or supporting a resident’s daily routine, your role is vital to their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff

Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members to follow individualized care plans

Support residents in rehab and recovery, encouraging progress and participation

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)

CPR certification preferred

Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehab care a plus (training provided)

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Strong communication skills with attention to detail
