What You’ll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to Assisted Living residents with respect and dignity
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document changes in resident condition, reporting promptly to RNs and physicians
- Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families to support individualized care plans
- Assist in maintaining a safe, supportive, and home-like environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to a positive community atmosphere
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)
- CPR certification required
- Prior experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate, team-focused, and adaptable personality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
