Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve the overall quality of nursing services across assigned units
Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, physicians, and staff
Support direct care delivery as needed
Participate in the development and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure compliance with CHI Living Communities policies and procedures
Provide oversight to the Staff Development Nurse to ensure consistent and effective in-service education

Qualifications:

Current Ohio RN license
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in geriatric nursing
Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience
Current CPR certification
Experience in long-term care, MDS/RAP summaries, and care planning preferred
Knowledge of Total Quality Improvement processes preferred
