As a 100% employee-owned company, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service, supporting family farms, and offering unparalleled variety. We are looking for a talented individual to lead our bakery operations. You will be responsible for the overall success of the Bakery Department including the baking, decorating, sales and merchandising operations.
Qualifications:
- Passion for high-quality products and exceptional customer service
- Proven management experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail setting
- Ability to manage production schedules and lead a team effectively
- Moderate computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, Outlook, and online ordering systems
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks in environments with high levels of heat and cold
