Fiberglass Pool Installer

• Construction experience is preferred but not required
• Equipment operating experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach

• Safely drive company vehicles to and from job sites
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and track project materials
• Interpret and follow construction blueprints and specifications
• Measure, layout, and set grade within precise construction tolerances
• Operate excavation and grading equipment for pool installation
• Rig, maneuver, and place fiberglass pools with care and accuracy
• Install and troubleshoot pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, lighting, and automation systems
• Perform seasonal pool opening and closing services
• Conduct pool maintenance and service as needed
