Warehouse Associate

$29,120.00 per year – $33,280.00 per year.

Perform general warehouse and inventory movement responsibilities in a safe and professional manner.

Team Lead, Warehouse Manager/VP of Ops

Mon-Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm / 5:00 pm and rotating Saturday shift 9:00 am—2:00 pm.

Hourly

• Perform inventory replenishment and put‑away duties.
• Support white‑glove delivery of equipment and supplies per sales orders, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Maintain efficient operations, following OSHA and safety guidelines, and escalating concerns.
• Select, verify, and package products according to pick tickets for customer pick‑up, showroom pickup, Burkett deliveries, and shipments.
• Build packaging and crates for protecting large equipment for LTL and dedicated carrier shipments.
• Process shipments inside shipping tools and ERP system.
• Pull and deliver daily showroom transfers and inventory replenishment, including large equipment.
• Move used equipment in/out of the Service department.
• Ensure Saturday schedules are achieved and serve as backup to Receiving, Staging, Shipping, and Delivery teams.
• Provide courteous customer service and problem solve.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver heavy equipment with material handling tools or vehicles.
• Mechanically inclined to support building of crates or pallets.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to become forklift certified and OSHA 10‑hour certified.
• Highly organized, motivated, able to work independently, and maintain accurate detailed reports.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer focus.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding time frames.
• Exudes confidence, contributes to team building with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates courtesy, respect, integrity, discipline, responsibility, accountability.

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Knowledge of general material handling equipment and proper usage.
