RE Recruitment in Pershore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant on a temporary seasonal contract to support the Christmas peak. You will handle queries by phone, email and live chat, and help plan corporate orders with accuracy.
The role requires a friendly, patient communicator who can multitask across systems, resolve complaints, and work evenings or weekends during the busy period. Salary is around £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay; full on-site training will be provided.
