Job Title
Learning Support Practitioner – Post 1 Grade TA1 (scale 2‑4: £20,284 – £20,925)
Salary & Hours35 hours per week, term time only + 5 days
Start DateFrom September 2026

About the RoleAre you passionate about educating young people? Can you inspire, encourage, support and enthuse students to achieve great things? If so, we invite you to join our team of Learning Support Practitioners in the Inclusion Department.
Responsibilities- Provide general support for young people across all subject areas.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the inclusive education team.
- Assist pupils in achieving their learning goals.
- Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS – a requirement for all positions.
- Relevant experience in learning support or inclusive education is preferred.
