The Role

Advanced Water Company is seeking a structured and hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead the operational delivery of our warehouse function.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and accurate warehouse performance across goods‑in, goods‑out and stock management activities. The position plays a key role in supporting customer service standards, stock accuracy and operational discipline as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including goods‑in, storage and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and oversee regular cycle counts.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Plan daily workloads and allocate labour efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Lead, motivate and develop warehouse staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Sales and Finance to support stock visibility and customer service.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing a warehouse operation.
  • Strong inventory control background.
  • Experience improving operational processes.
  • Understanding of how stock accuracy and efficiency impact business performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Organised, structured and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable using warehouse management systems and ERP software.
  • Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH desirable).
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
  • Lives within commutable distance of Pershore (WR10).
