Paint Prepper

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Paint Prepper for our client based in Pershore.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Your duties are a Paint Prepper/Finisher will include:

• Preparation of fibreglass, aluminium and metal components before spray painting
• Rubbing down, sanding, masking and cleaning parts to required standards
• Supporting the paint refinishing department with general tasks
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
• Working to quality and production targets

To be successful in the role of Paint Prepper/Finisher you will need:

• Previous experience in paint preparation or similar finishing environment
• Spray paint experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30
• Friday 07:00-12:00

Pay:

• 14- 15 per hour
