Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer to join our workshop team in Pershore. The role involves spraying high-quality furniture and bespoke cabinetry to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Spraying furniture, cabinets, doors, and panels
Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
Mixing paints and finishes to required specifications
Applying finishes using spray equipment (e.g. lacquer, paint)
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth
Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Following health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a furniture sprayer (essential)

Experience with bespoke or high-end furniture preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable, punctual, and well organised
