The Role We are looking for a Factory Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working within our furniture production process, using machinery and hand tools to manufacture, assemble, and finish furniture to a high standard. Previous experience in furniture manufacturing is desirable; however, for the right person with a good attitude and willingness to learn, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Manufacturing and assembling furniture components Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely Reading and working from drawings and job specifications Sanding, finishing, and preparing furniture for dispatch Operating a forklift safely and efficiently Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and organised Following health and safety procedures at all times Working as part of a small, close-knit team Skills & Experience Essential:
