Assembly & Fitting Operative

Location: Pershore

Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Shift: Day Shift

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly & Fitting Operative to join a busy and growing team based in Pershore
. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem solving, and working in both workshop and event environments.

This role combines production, quality control, asset preparation, and event support
, helping to build, test, and deliver equipment used for events and hospitality experiences across the UK.

• Build, prepare, and test equipment including bar systems and event installations
• Support the delivery, installation, operation, and breakdown of activations and events across the UK
• Maintain and track company assets, tools, and activation equipment
• Perform quality checks and maintenance to ensure equipment meets operational standards
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues
• Ensure all work areas remain safe, organised, and professional
• Assist with preparing equipment for transport and event deployment
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the business

• Full UK Driving Licence (mandatory)
• Previous experience in assembly, fitting, production, or mechanical work preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions
• Flexible and adaptable to different tasks

• Previous experience in production, events, installations, warehouse, or technical environments is advantageous
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

This role may also involve supporting the preparation and setup of equipment and assets used in operational environments, ensuring everything is maintained and prepared to required standards.
