This is not just another welding job; it's an opportunity to apply your expertise in a highly regulated, precision-driven environment, where every weld must meet the strictest international standards. We're more than just an engineering company - we’re a trusted manufacturer within a diverse supply chain. The work we do has a real impact, supporting the UK's defence capability and other critical industries such as Rail, Automotive, and Agriculture.

We take pride in our reputation for precision and reliability. From our modern facility in Worcestershire, our team uses the latest fabrication, inspection, and assembly equipment to deliver products that meet the highest standards.

Duties
  • Perform TIG (141) welding on aluminium fabrications ranging from 1.5mm - 30mm

  • Continue internal and external training to maintain qualification to BS EN ISO 9606
Essential skills
  • Proven experience with TIG (141) welding aluminium
  • Experience working to certified or highly regulated standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable
  • Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, or similar industries
  • Previous coding to ISO 9606-1/2
  • NVQ/City & Guilds in welding, fabrication, or a relevant engineering subject
