Assembly Operative
Location:
Pershore
Pay: £12.72 - £13.48 per hour
Hours:
07:45am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs, 07:45am-13:00pm Friday
As an Assembly Operator, you'll use your hands‑on skills to assemble components, working from basic technical drawings and delivering high‑quality results in a busy production environment.

What you will do:- Work within the assembly team in areas such as masking and sealing
- Finish products to company quality standards
- Gain knowledge and understanding of technical drawings
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work effectively within a fast‑paced production environment
- Support your team to meet production deadlines
Essential:
- Previous work with technical drawings
- Experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment
- Experience using handheld tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, proactive approach to teamwork
