We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a specialist engineering and fabrication company based in Pershore. The role will involve producing high-quality aluminium and stainless-steel fabrications within a precision-led manufacturing environment. You will work from engineering drawings, set up welding equipment, complete visual checks, and ensure all work is produced to the required quality standards.

• Carrying out TIG welding on aluminium and stainless-steel components
• Working with material thicknesses ranging from approximately 1.5mm to 30mm
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Setting up and operating TIG welding equipment
• Completing visual checks on finished welds
• Working to regulated welding procedures and quality standards
• Supporting production targets and project deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe welding area
• Completing training to maintain relevant welding qualifications

• Proven TIG welding experience, particularly with aluminium
• Experience working within a coded or regulated environment
• Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to fine tolerances
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Previous coding to ISO 9606 is beneficial
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or a relevant welding qualification is beneficial
• Experience in defence, aerospace, motor sport, or similar sectors is desirable
