Wychavon District Council is seeking a Crisis Resilience and Prevention Officer to support residents facing financial crisis and homelessness risks. You will provide housing and financial advice, work with Housing Options and Private Sector Housing teams, and support landlords to help households remain in their homes.
You will apply persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills, using excellent written and verbal communication to engage with residents and partner organisations.
