Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians GUARANTEED WEEKLY BONUS PAYMENTS during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800! The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You will install new tires and wheels, perform tire services—rotations, balancing, flat repairs—and ensure vehicles operate safely. You earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
