Working as a Preschool Teacher at Acelero Learning will give you the opportunity to help students achieve their academic goals while building strong working relationships with your peers. You will be responsible for a Head Start classroom of 3 to 5 year-old children. Works collaboratively with an assistant teacher, family members and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities.

Job Requirements:

• The commitment and passion to work with children
• Great communication and written skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in child development or early childhood education, equivalent coursework, or otherwise meet the requirements of the Head Start Act. OR
• A degree with at least six (6) courses in Early Childhood Education plus experience teaching preschool-aged children

Additional Information:

• The hours of this position are from 8:25 am - 3:10 pm
• This position is full-time with benefits and earns up to $39,490.69 per year

Pre Hire Requirements:

• Two Valid IDs, Two Reference Letters, Physical exams and TB Tests, Fingerprint Screening (CHRI), and Background Checks (CARI) are required for this position.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• All new hires are required to attend the four days (Tuesday - Friday) of mandatory New Employee Orientation Training at our HQ - 310 Augusta Street, South Amboy, NJ 08879.
