Fee for Service in Edison, East Brunswick, or New Brunswick, NJ

Salary
: $35.00–$45.00 per hour plus Sign‑On Bonus of $2,500

• Credentialed Substance Use Counselor for Level 1 outpatient substance abuse program in East Brunswick.
• Conduct full substance use assessments, make recommendations for level of care, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, complete treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management with state agencies for mandated clients.

• BA/BS/BSW with CADC;
  Master’s level with LCADC or in pursuit of LCADC is preferable.
• Familiarity with NJSAMS state computer system and experience completing substance use assessments with urine screens.
• Clinical experience in group and individual modalities.
• Excellent writing skills for clear documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with outside funding sources and affiliated agencies (e.g., IDRC, Probation).

Professional Licensure
: CADC or LCADC required.
