Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, a premier nursing home located in Perth Amboy, NJ. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, with a focus on building strong relationships and a commitment to cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in resident assessment, care planning, and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
- Perform restorative care activities, such as ambulation, range of motion exercises, and toileting assistance
- Adhere to Spring Creek Healthcare Center's policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal regulations
- Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
