Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen (CCDOM) is a non‑profit social services agency located in East Brunswick, NJ. This role reports to the Clinical Supervisor or Program Director and provides substance abuse assessment, education, counseling, and case management to clients.

Under clinical supervision by an LCADC or CCS, the Counselor will deliver assessments, facilitate individual, group, and family sessions, develop treatment plans, support recovery services, and maintain accurate records.

Location: East Brunswick, NJ

Salary: $52,000 – $55,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus

• Provide individual, group and family counseling for OP/IOP adolescent program
• Conduct substance use and mental health assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning
• Identify and implement community‑based prevention education
• Member of treatment team serving adolescents with substance use and co‑occurring disorders

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the substance abuse field
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
