• Responsible for the safety of patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse
• Observes patient status for changes in behavior and reports all observations to the Registered Nurse
• Ensures patient safety by providing a safe environment, observes the patient's environment for safety risks and takes necessary steps to reduce the risk.
• Applies appropriate interventions:
  Observe, redirect, diversional activities.

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs (or in progress) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 60 days of hire.

Minimum rate of $17.12 hourly.
