The Manager, Short Term Care Facility provides administrative oversight of the Short Term Care unit at the Raritan Bay Medical Center. The Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the unit with regard to fiscal accountability, performance improvement, service excellence and related patient issues. Implementation and compliance with Division of Mental Health STCF regulations. Supervision of clinical staff to ensure regulatory standards are met.

Compliance with all other external regulatory and accreditation bodies.

• Master's Degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in a behavioral health field with administrative duties.
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation, teamwork approach, flexibility, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• Previous experience in an involuntary treatment setting.

• NJ Licensed Social Worker or Associate Counselor License or NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor License.
