Clinical Supervisor LCADC 111Salary: $65,000
Join our Team – Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen – Perth Amboy, NJ
This position supervises Certified Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring they meet contract expectations regarding level of service, documentation, and community engagement. The supervisor will provide guidance, marketing for program outreach, and clear written, verbal, and listening communication. The role requires solution‑focused thinking, time‑management, flexibility, and the ability to give and follow instructions. Regular supervision will be provided by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements- Masters Degree with LCADC.
- Experience supervising program contracts and guidelines, including community marketing for the program.
- Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Experience supervising professional staff.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records.
- Bilingual preferred.
