Join us as a 1st Shift Superintendent of Operations at Sensient Technologies. In this role, you’ll oversee our facility’s operations and management from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. As the primary authority on-site during these hours, you’ll ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and a safe work environment is maintained for all. Your leadership will be crucial in driving our success during the night shift.

• Foster a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and providing thorough training to enhance employee understanding of safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Ensure efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production goals and uphold product quality standards.
• Lead and develop the team in a professional environment.

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• A strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various systems, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management.
• Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset with the intention of streamlining team workflows.

The salary range for this position is $84,124 - $120,000 USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
