Location: Perth Amboy, NJ (Warren County, NJ)

Salary: $42,000 per year plus a one–time Sign on Bonus of $2,500

• Provides intensive in‑home counseling to CP&P‑referred families in Warren County with 24/7 coverage required.
• Case management and case documentation.
• Participates in case conferences with CP&P and other providers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field with at least 1.5 years of experience working with families.
• Flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
