Medical Director Services PC is looking to hire experienced NP to serve our skilled nursing facility in Perth Amboy, NJ. Ideal candidates have previous nursing home experience and reliable transportation.

• Primary care provider for long and short‑term residents; assess patient health, perform physical examinations, update medical histories.
• Team‑based care, collaborate with attending physicians and nursing home staff to provide highest standard of care.
• Build relationships with residents and families; educate and formulate evidence‑based care plans.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements; advise management on necessary actions.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, aligning with core values of respect, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
• Review and update charting and documentation in a timely and efficient manner.

• Board Certified.
