Location: Phillipsburg, NJ (Fee for Service)

Salary: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full substance‑use assessments and determine the level of care.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
• Create and update treatment and discharge plans.
• Manage case coordination with referral sources for mandated clients.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree with LCADC or LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW with CADC/CADC intern; supervised by a CADC/LCADC.
• Familiarity with NJSAMS.
• Experience with substance‑use assessments and urine drug screens.
• Clinical experience in group and individual modalities.
• Excellent writing and collaboration skills with referral sources and agencies such as IDRC and Probation.

Professional Licensure: LCADC or LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW with CADC intern.
