Admin Assistant

Driver Hire Perth is currently recruiting on behalf of our customer for a temporary Admin Assistant based in Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for short-term work in a busy office environment. The role involves supporting the team with a variety of general administrative duties and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Filing and maintaining office records
• Data entry and general computer-based administration
• Assisting with document preparation and correspondence
• Managing emails and responding to routine enquiries
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

• Previous administration or office experience preferred
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Professional and friendly approach

• £14.24 per hour (PAYE holiday pay inclusive)
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Immediate start available
• Friendly and supportive working environment
• Valuable office experience with a well‑established local business
