We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our team to deliver projects for our clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on delivering Business Applications. Fundamentally, this job involves taking overall responsibility for eliciting, understanding and translating requirements and mapping them to the Microsoft Business Application technologies we use to deliver them. Experience with in rapid prototyping, especially within Microsoft D365 and creating interactive prototypes, would be an advantage.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable with low‑code / no‑code Microsoft technologies and is willing to learn new tools. You should be eager to understand client needs, drive early design decisions, and work collaboratively across the team.

• Rapid prototyping client requirements to realise value fast
• Driving the business towards early design decisions through entity modelling
• Assisting customers in mapping high level business requirements to low level functional requirements and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement

• Influencing stakeholders both internally and with clients

• Performing Fit‑Gap analysis as part of process design exercises
• Mapping As Is and To Be processes
• Playing a part in solution envisioning

• Working with Solution and Enterprise Architects, Business owners, and Business Analyst Teams to fully understand customer requirements and document accordingly
• Leading client workshops to scope and define projects
• Prioritise and execute tasks for each project
• Modelling, POCs and both lo‑fi and hi‑fi wireframes
• Leading user‑first training programmes, designed by you
• Liaising with client business owners, business analysts and development teams to confirm requirements in the context of the platform, software or tools chosen to deliver
• End‑to‑end requirements management process in Azure Dev Ops
• Playing a part in test cycles to support the QA testers and business users when resolving issues and bugs
• Ensuring requirements traceability at each stage
• Managing and measuring solution benefits mapped to business cases
• Ensuring systems and changes are smoothly transitioned into operation, including supporting documentation and required user training
• Managing the scope of your work and controlling scope creep
• Playing a part in the presales process, providing work estimates & demos
• Mentoring junior Business Analysts and providing clear direction at project level
• Promoting the BA function across the organisation
• Enhancing standards and processes at a practice level
• Identifying opportunities for new business within existing engagements

Ideally, you’ll have worked within a consultancy or people‑services organisation, delivering business applications projects and understanding the needs of such organisations. You will be comfortable preparing for and conducting requirements workshops, taking a lead to ask the right questions and get the answers needed to deliver a project under tight deadlines.

You should be comfortable using no‑code / low‑code tools such as configurable CRM systems, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 or similar tooling, and able to create proof‑of‑concepts, wireframes and visualisations.

We’re looking for someone with demonstrable Senior Business Analyst experience. You might have delivered Microsoft Business Applications projects in the past, but we care about what you can do and how you do it, not how you got here.

You will have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, exceptional communication skills and be results focused. You’ll understand different approaches when eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile projects, and you genuinely want your customers to feel they are getting value.

The successful candidate must complete a client‑side security clearance check.
