Job Description The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth Drive the coordination and management of all resources across the bid lifecycle - ROI, tendering, interview preparation and debriefs to deliver high-quality, large and complex submissions.

Work closely with senior stakeholders and SMEs to translate complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, persuasive messaging and compelling tender, proposal and capability content.

Manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight time frames, applying exceptional time management, project planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Ensure all submissions reflect high editorial quality, client focus, commercial integrity and consistent alignment with AECOM brand and best-practice pursuit standards.

Collaboration across diverse teams, sharing knowledge, leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency, and supporting colleagues to elevate their pursuit and proposal capabilities.

Qualifications5+ years’ experience in proposal or bid management roles, such as Proposal Specialist, Bid & Proposal Partner, Tender Specialist or Pursuit Partner.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and competing deadlines, supported by strong project management, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Flexible, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to remain calm and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
